I guess it came off as I was hating on the Wii's graphics, which I'm not. I love solid gameplay as much as the next hardcore gamer, especially when it comes to Nintendo's star franchises that always find a way to bring something new to the table.
Some part of me is still convinced that the Wii still has somewhere to go visually, albeit it might not be very far of course.

It seems that maybe some space limitations on the media they're using to distribute the games could also be another problem. Brawl was fitted onto a dual-layer DVD because of the movies and it suffered from some in-game loading issues, etc. That would definitely cut back on having games like Zelda where things need to be happening constanty.
