Flatout: Head On - Desert Oil Rig

It might just be due to the freshness of the game for me, but damn, I don't have the means to play Motorstorm, so this track especially does the trick. A riotious bash through the desert, smashing through all and sundry at ridiculous speeds. Love the strange balance of arcade and realistic physics the game has.
