Sorry this took so long. I don't have any prior experience working with audio editing, so I hope I did a decent job. The file format is m4a, not mp3, as that is what Garageband exported it as. You'll also notice the m4a file format allows for enhanced podcast. I added chapter markers and chapter images - it's quite a nice feature.

The podcast also clocked in at a very reasonable 45 minutes and 19.1MB, with surprisingly good audio quality.

Megaupload may not be the best host to use, but it will do for now. I will also look at adding the podcast to iTunes.

We also need to turn off Skype noises on all of our computers. And for some reason the description didn't make it into the file.
