Clapton's awesome. He's one of my all time favorite musicians/guitarists/etc. and I've loved his music ever since I was like 5. Then on top of the ones Stu listed there's :
Father's Eyes, Riding With the King (with B.B.), While My Guitar Gently Weeps, After Midnight, Cocaine, Wonderful Tonight, Sunshine of Your Love, Lay Down Sally and a whole bunch of other good songs
