I was wandering around YouTube and was reminded of the genius that was Jake Roberts. In an era filled with Hulkamania and silly kids stuff, Jake Roberts brought an edge to wrestling that captivated me as a burgeoning youth. No catch phrases... no pandering... just great characterization.

Love or hate professional wrestling, you can't deny his promo interviews were compelling and he brought a psychological element to the game.
