Well, it was my 18'th birthday when I drank for the first time. I was dumped by my girlfriend of 5 years that morning so I was pretty down. My buddy was house sitting for his dad and called me over as he was planning a party (with his dad's permission). I arrived early (like 6) and we just started cooking out, gingerly tried a few beers (which I was not hot on at the time). I think we were drinking Coors Light and Guinness (quite the opposites

) and I had a hard time getting them down. After 4 beers or so the party was getting started and my friend asked me to divide the pop and the alcohol into two coolers and label them both as 'pop' because we thought somehow that was gonna keep us from being busted if we got called on. So anyway, we dubbed alcohol 'more pop' that night and the name's kinda stuck even though we're legal now.
At any rate, it was your standard house party. Too many people, too much going on, way too loud. It was an awesome time. The night finally got interesting when I was already drunk and we started playing Categories. Well, I decided I was going to play with a bottle of rum instead of the standard beer or mixed drink (bad idea, by the way). Anyway, we were playing by the Waterfall rules that night (as opposed to shit mix) and I ended up being the last person in the waterfall. For those of you who don't know, everybody starts drinking when the waterfall card gets drawn. Whoever drew the card gets to stop drinking first (but can drink as long as they want), and then the person next in the circle can stop drinking (again, whenever they want), and so on and so forth until the last person is either dying for air or ready to puke. I ended up being neither (too drunk to know better) and I ended up with my friends chasing me around the house shouting 'stop Eric, you'll kill yourself' as I ran with a bottle of rum laughing hysterically.
So they hid the rum (why is the rum gone?) from me so I wouldn't injure myself. So I passed out on my friends bed for a bit only to come to with most of my clothes off and a girl nestled into my side (thank god, she says nothing happened). Anyway, we played Edward Forty Hands to finish off the night (I lost :S) and that's pretty much all I remember.
