And today marks his 19th birthday so we shall celebrate like rock stars.

Being that Fox is from the Great White North, this also marks the year he becomes legal for most everyone's favorite drug
As it is, Fox and his woodland friends (read Canadian hippies) will be celebrating in style. But let's remind them of some important lessons
