Yeah.
It is a shower caddy. Someone thought it would be cute to snap a picture of me coming out of the shower.
And yeah they made the cake.
Which if I remember correctly was cookie dough, cookies, ice cream, chocolate cake and 2 cans of frosting.
in the form of the cookie monster because i always bugged them to make me cookies whenever I got the chance.
