Thumbs up Red Steel... Looking Good?

Or so it would seem from the latest media out there.

But before that..

I really like that song.
Some other samples of music on IGN.

Moving on however, apparently UbiSoft showed a version of the game to the French press recently and they captured some vids.

One of the better ones showing the use of snipers, grenades and of course sword fights. With some missions objectives and cutscenes. Even get a taste of the voice acting.

Well before post other vids, some stuff.

I don't like how the hand follows the turn. It just looks so unnatural for it to bend that way.
It doesn't seem like you get to move around a lot in the sword fights but you can.
Regenerative health like in Halo and CoD 2. I still never got that but eh.

On the plus side.
Controls don't seem as clunky as they did before.
Gameplay looks varied. And sometimes intense.
I really like how you can slide or lob the grenade. Could make for some interesting situations. Imagine sliding a grenade under a car and blowing up the person behind it.
-There seems to be a bit of moves for the sword fight but pretty basic ones and don't really seem to be able to string them together but eh.

And there is multiplayer but not much talk of it.

Anyhow some other vids (and I realize not the best quality)

Really want some new hands-on impressions of this game though. And also more details on multiplayer.
