Could it be that the images are just mirrored? I've seen that happen before with preview material... Well, in movies at least (in the cheesy Silent Hill movie TV spots, as Dark Alessa says "I am the Reaper", she's on the left side of the screen facing right... In the actual movie she's on the right facing left)...
If they really did mirror the whole game... Then... Well... What about the left-handed people?
