Back during Creation, God originally created woman with three breasts. God thought it was a splendid idea, but as time passed that middle breast just kept getting in the way, Eventually God was forced to perform surgery and slice off that middle breast.

Afterwards, God stood there holding that breast and wondered, "What am I going to do with this useless Bube?"

And, uh, the punchline is "Thus God created man," but that doesn't really work with the different spelling of "boob." I just wanted to tell the joke with Bube instead...
