there could be many ways to take it, maybe thier both guys and good friends, and banjo is drunk and wanting to 'experiment'
maybe kazooie is a girl, and they're married, and banjo has just come home from a hard days work and hanging out in the bar with the guys, feeling a bit frisky wants a bit of lovin from his wife. she tells him no he's drunk and he stops. nothing wrong with him asking his wife.
im sure theres many many ways to interprate it, and many ways ones mind could think of what comes after that scene, im sure some people are offending themselves with what they picture comes next.
