Yeah, pretty much. In case you havven't noticed, I do that a lot
. I do think that a good bit of New Orleans needs to be abandoned, though. The idea of rebuilding parts of the city that are just going to be destroyed again is what baffles ME. Nature has decreed that a good portion of that city is to be under water. No matter what we do, it will under water one day and one day soon.
