"pretty fun little backstory"?
Warcraft possibly has a more complicated backstory than The Lord of the Rings! Really, it's HUGE. The movie could take place anywhere, in any time. Though they'll probably place it in the 'present', because of popularity etc.
The studio made Batman begins. I was hoping for a full CGI movie but the chances are slim that will happen now...
Just get all the races right please.
