This has happens to me quite often and I always assumed they were just crappy streetlights...like why would they turn off if I walked under them? Thought might have been faulty motion-detector streetlights if they exist. Just recently heard about this on
Mysterious Universe's podcast (highly reccomend it).
This happen to anyone else?
