Sometimes I love living in BC. Times like that. If you're a stoner, you save lots of money. Money for twinkies and starburst.

Everyone and their mother smokes weed here. Unless they're morally religous, of course. Which is rarely the case.
People would even roll joints in the bathrooms at school. I had a few friends that would roll in class.
