Since you're going the descriptive route I would add a little more detail with regards to the landscape, clothing, facial features, etc. I like the nonchalant attitude of the people in the charge. If I had to take it from here I would most certainly include acts of sexual depravity, but that's just me. A rebellion of some type involving a worker's union would also be in order.
