There's a pretty huge phenomenon going on right now with podcasting and videocasting hitting the mainstream with the majority of internet users now having broadband in the United States and Canada. From the Shadows is an awesome dot TV show that looks at some interesting underground stuff. Their current episode explored a brewing factory and the crew then made their own beer.
