Well are you going to put it to use or not??? Take charge, pm members and ask when it is the best time to set a torny and then set it so that the most members can attend.....or something like that...your a bright boy I'll sure you'll figure out something.
Oh yeah when you I guess you could make an announcement on the gen board and then one in Gtrac....
