I think when women get older they stop viewing the larger guys as intimidating, but more like a protector. It may have something to do with how post college women tend to live with other women in small apartments or by themselves and then feel vulnerable and have some instinctual need to find larger men attrractive. Or maybe they have a Daddy complex. Any way you slice it, it means the big guys are finally getting laid.
Advice, when you get into college or are in college, start hitting the gym. Trust me. As women get older, they like the big arms and chests.

Im in a similar boat, I'd say.
When I started to really get big training for football when I was 17, the girls didnt like it. Too bulky...I was pretty freaking dominant on the field, even with two sprained ankles, but it wasnt all that appealing to teenage girls. Now I've slimmed a bit (but not much, I'm still up there around 6'3 260), however the older females seem to take more of a liking to my mack-truck-like physique

The words 'security' and 'comfort' come to mind...also, they've gotten past the "boy" phase and want a "man".
Skinny guys get lots of attention too, no doubt. I think a lot of girls prefer skinny guys to bulky guys...but it's evened itself out over the years.
