Now I hate to bring something aspect into this conversation, but in order for time and location to affect something. You have to question whether you have control over it or not.
I mean you always hear the story of the lady who was lucky enough to be saved because she had to tie her shoe when a bus came whirling down the street.
Now you would say that her time and location were the cause of her not being hit. But then you have to wonder was she supposed to be there to begin with or was it always planned for her to miss the whirling bus?
I'm not saying that time and location isn't important to the oputcome of the event, but you got to wonder if it was planned that way or was it planned differently and you somehow changed it.
