Although I'd like to add that the incarnation of PH we see in SH2
DOES reflect various thoughts and such from James' mind...
Pyramid Head's various... Interactions with Maria...
And MONSTER SEX!... James' desire to be punished, and the fact that James is a perverted little man...
But the basic IMAGE and idea behind Pyramid Head is indeed based in the history of the town, not James' mind... So someone else could easily see a Pyramid Head wandering around, it just won't necesarily be violating monsters :>
