It looks like any hand size would fit nicely. If you have long fingers, you can slide your hands further down the prongs than someone with shorter fingers without any kind of discomfort.

Looks wise........I think it's ugly. Will take up a lot of room especially if you have 4 controllers. I have this problem with my Xbox.
However it may be comfortable.
