1. What is your full job description?
Basic Design/Data Entry
2. What are your responsibilities at your job?
To get all the websites up and running for customers to review (Basic Design)
To enter all information based on the telemarketing sales, into a program called TeleMagic (Data Entry)
3. How do you communicate with other people on the job?
I have to walk around the office.
4. With customers/management/subordinates, would you say your communication is more direction-receiving, feedback, or equal and why?
Equal, while I get some direction on what I do, I already know what to do and how to do it, and they let me do my thing. Also, I get complimented on how fast I do my job (Basic only, not Data).
5. What motivates you to work?
To be honest, money, makes things much easier, but with that it all goes away, really fast..., that and I'd rather earn money, than to do nothing (but sometimes I just want to stop and play some videogames
)
6. Do you feel communication is significant at your workplace? Why/Why not?
Yes, I do feel that communication is very important, especially since I know just about everyone in the whole company. And I do need to know more about the people in the Sales Dept. than anyone else, because thats where the sales, and the "free trials" are being created.
7. What is something you would change about the way you could communicate with others at your job?
I wouldn't, It's just what I needed.
8. Do you feel you are an effective communicator? Why/why not?
I do, but I'm more of the "funny guy at the office" type. Since I talk to just about everyone, I feel like I'm the comic relief, of that workplace
