The change of time can never be negative in Einstein's equation. It either becomes a larger number than "1," or it becomes a fraction of "1" reaching 0 as a horizontal assymptote. Even with his equation, one could not "travel"
back in time.
Oh yeah, if you were to slow down movement... you'd just die a lot faster than anyone else, not travel back in time.
