Well considering how much the violence has diminished already, I'd say that in 5+ years you'll see a dramatic decrease. Now there are still some very destructive attacks taking place, but they number of occurances of attacks have dimished greatly already, and Iraqi forces are finally starting to police their own country without having their hands held by US forces.

This is all pretty well known through mainstream news, I'm not seeing how you think that there won't be a further decrease in 5+ years.
