oh people. the answer is so easy. play an online FPS when your angry. Theres nothin better then takin out anger on real people. and the more you kill them. the more they get angry, So your not alone anymore
plus it often helps you do better. get angry, hop on counter-strike, load yourself up with guns and ammo, and go out rambo style on everyone elses ass.
