I prefer the lights off. Being able to watch what you're pleasuring is nice, but since vision is my primary sense, I prefer to treat the other senses. So with the lights down low, you're vision turns off and the other senses sharpen. Aside from treating these other senses, I think they have more to offer when it comes to mating. Listening to the moaning, smelling sacred areas, exploring the texture of a body with your hands and fingers, and tasting every surface is much more satisfying than just looking at it all.
