Well not anymore, because before last weekend, I didn't think #4 was done, now I do. I think he's finished. My opinion Manning is and always has been that he can't win when it counts most, especially outdoors.
That's not a reflection on Manning being a better quarterback than he was 3 months ago when I made that statement for the first time, it's a reflection on Favre being much worse. I still don't want Manning quarterbacking my team in the playoffs.
So would I rather have
Favre ok, no.
Would I rather have Brady, Culpepper, Pennington, Brady, Vick, Brady, Bulger a healthy McNair or
Tom Brady. Yes.
You know.
I don't care if the Manning wins it all, or beats Pittsburgh. Just beat the Pats, outdoors, in the playoffs. I don't think he will, if he does, you won't hear another word from me on the matter other than
you were right.
And I'm not saying it will
never happen. I just don't think it will happen this year.
