I agree that having so many games without working for them (well, there are also reasonable exceptions like birthdays [depending on quantity]) appears shameful. However, I've got to admit that I feel games are much more satisfying as gifts... when you don't have to enjoy a game simply because you spent hard-earned money on it.
I'm in a large family, so holidays are cheap and I've never had allowance. I still have a decent collection due to my brother's purchases, my own, and some combined birthdays. Even so, work seemed to kill my interest in gaming.
I'm happy for you, Dyne, if you can enjoy all of your games. But, if you're wanting the size to impress me, sorry... I'm impressed by merchandise bought by sweat. I am impressed, however, if you use your free time (without having a job, that is) to make use of all the good games.
