Good on ya for coming out

It's so much more easier being yourself than an opressed being.
Ok, my turn.
2003 was not too bad. That was the year I left home to study and being alone at first was great (after living with a dominating mother for the past 18 years) but then comes the tears. So you can say that besides from learning how to be independent, I also learnt the way to memorize the TV guide by heart (I don't make friends easily so evenings were spent in front of the television -_-").
2004 all in all was a good year. I met my boy and have been together for quite some time now. I also managed to introduce him to my parents without getting my head chopped of as he's of another race and my parents are rather traditional. Things would have been so much better if I didn't flunk one of my papers. I'm forced to do summer to make up for it but it's my own fault so there's no one else but me to blame.
2005 so far (albeit only 3 days) has been great. Going back to uni in 2 days and I'm absolutely ready to tackle this head on.
My wishes for 2005 is for my boy to return from his tour of duty safe and sound and for my dad to have better health this year.
My resolutions for this year? Work harder and pass that %^&^#$(*^ paper!
