But, the point is that you are still blaiming Bush specifically for this, when in face a whole multitude of things could have happened. Perhaps the person in charge of the facility had enough troops, but misjudged how to use them, or was inept. We don't know. This is what is irritating about this whole election, Democrats specifically are finding every single problem in our lives and abroad, and somehow making it Bush's fault. (I'm not taking Republicans off the hook, they do some too, but not as much)

Not enough flu shots? Must be Bush's fault! He is a big business supporter and is helping drive up profits for big pharmecutical companies, even though they lose profits when they don't have enough. Oil and gas prices rising? Bush's fault! He should have called his Saudi buddies he's conspiring with to give us more! But he's not because hes a screw-up! Draft call in Congress? Bush's conspiring against us even though it was 2 anti-war Democrats who constructed the bill.

Enough is enough. Not everything can be blaimed on that man. The problem is, most Democrats won't let go of these accusations because it is the only thing that makes their candidate viable.
