Is BET exclusive to black talent? (I dont know for sure, but it seems like it)
If a group of blacks want to form a program that represents blacks in a proportionate rate, that's another thing. Making it 'blacks only', well...I dont see how that makes things any better.
And I bring up BET because it's most commonly known, I use it as an example, not because I have a personal feeling towards it specifically.
