Hell, I know this serves no point, but I'll put in ym 2 cents.

Defense
Make sure the country has the proper machinery and adequate defense. But not have an over accessive military. Basically I agree with Neo.

Immigration
Bring in a high immigration tax. Increase border patrol. Send illegal immigrants immediately back to the country they emmigrated from.

Healthcare
Un privatize healthcare. Make it free. If that is unplausable, make it mega-cheaper, so normal income families can afford operations to life threateing situations.

Taxes
Agreed with the flat tax. With the tax system now, the poor stay poor, and the rich get richer.

Education
Make a cap on how much tuition can be, by the type of University/College it is.

Religion
Religion has no place in politics. It is a personal thing and should be done on your own time.

Science
Pour mega money into stem cell research, and fund any program necesary to possibly cure diseases.
Increase space exploration funding.

Gay Rights
Let them marry. Let them adopt.

Gun Control
Stricter gun laws, higher gun pricing.

Law

Legalise pot and prostitution and make it a business. No death penalty, instead of death penalty make sentances life in prison.
No cameras allowed in courts.

Other Ideas

Vastly cut the military budget and put the money into schools and education. Make privativation of public services illegal. Stop production of coal, oil and Nuclear plants to generate power in areas where Hydro can be used.

Chop off Wyoming and let it float out into the Pacific.

Evacuate everyone from Hawaii and put camera everywhere possible. Randomly place guns, sticks, knives, anything plausable, and put all the murderous convicts and insane people on there, and let them fight to the death. And televise it.
