it has no official price. show me the CDN$700 price tag you saw in stores.

I wont be buying the thing right when it comes out no matter what the price is...but the fact of the matter is, IT HAS NO PRICE. the only thing you can safely assume is that it will be more expensive than the Nintendo DS, and that's because of its advanced tech.
