I have a 2500 Gimpy

And to quiet: As long as his isn't a locked barton (on hte multiplier) he can change it. I know about a year ago or so AMD started locking the multipliers on them (unfortunately mine was locked too) so he may or may not be able to mess with it too. And also, I spaced on the 166/200 thing. I'm used to thinking 333/400 and didn't think about the bios possibly showing it that way.
