After reading the Steam forums and reading where CSNation asked the Mr Bond of hl2fallout's forums, they are sure its a hoax now after seeing the IP's not matching and seems that someone compromised Gabe's account.

Also, someone sent an email to Gabe himself asking if its real or not and the image shows directly from Gabe's account saying its 100% Fake
