Why is America allowed to have them?
I dont want a list of the kinds and who does have them. Why can America have them. Whats the point of having them? Scare tactics is all it is.
Yes, Lots of countries have them, but aside from Iraq, Iran etc. the U.S.A. is the most likely country to actually use them in a large scale account.
And if they arnt likely to use them, whats the point of even having them? Shelf decorations?
