I was blown away by gamegear, a portable version of a Sega, im in.
...i have all of them save for sonic blast which i lost, but sucked anyways. I can't say i really like any of them, sonic spinball is alright, but the controls are horrible, and the game is hella hard. Sonic one was alright, a good side scroller for its time, but Sonic 2 was utter crap IMO better graphics, but the game play was way to hard. The furthest i ever got was to the second last world, scrambled egg zone i believe, which was so complicatedly designed that you lost interest after playing for half an hour. Sonic blast was decent, but the action was much too slow and the game was WAY too easy. I guess the only good notes for it are that it was pretty fun, and that you could choose between Sonic and Knuckles. It also had very good graphics for a Game Gear games, these graphics were boardering on SNES, which was incredible at the time.
