No, they shouldnt be killed. I believe that the ONLY time a life should be taken by another human is in the heat of battle, when you are both defending what you believe in. Hunting someone down, capturing them, then excuting is brutal and primal. We are humans, and we are better than that. We have a brain that can function above the level of other animals. We alone have the ability to ask the questioin "why?". We can ask ourselves "why do things have to be this way?". That's what sets us apart, and we dont have to degrade ourselves.
I believe that if we ever catch Osama, we should lock him up. Not kill him.

No, the fact that you are so quick to judge is pathetic. Who made you God? What right do you have to decide to lives and who dies? There are millions of good people that are dead, and should be alive. Can you raise them from the dead? No. You cant give the ones life who deserve it, so what right do you have to deal out death?
