Well they do need profit. Heh. And if you were them you'd probably over charge people, if you could. Don't deny it.
But IMO FFXI has been worth the 12.95 US per month, I've played it more than any other game, and won't even touch any other game until Star Ocean 3 or Suikoden IV come out.
