I'll tell you some reasons behind this, the first is that I'm using a 1.7 GHz P4, with 256 RDRAM and a Cable Modem. The Cable Modem had the line check before it was split, to achive optimal performance, the tip is this, have your phone or Cable line checked before using High-speed conections, it can change your connection time by 8 MB!
Ohh... I am running on a cable modem. And my computer has 16 MB RAM... 200 MGhz... That explains the crap results!
