You and I are in the same boat.
Me and five of my friends were going to go watch it today, but I discovered last night that the theatre is having Shrek 2 on AGAIN, so I'm going to have to wait till next weekend to see it. So we'll be seeing it at the same time, at least.
While the movie's arent as good as the books, they are still enjoyable and help give me that harry potter "fix". I've read all the books and am kind of addicted to them, they are some of the best books I've ever read, so anything I can experiance that is harry potter related is a good thing for me.
And I agree with JS that Harry Potter isnt something to be made fun of. Like I said, five of my friends are going with me. lol. Everyone loves harry potter, at least it's like that where I live. It's not a "just for little kids" thing.
