The voice acting part.

Random Weather Patterns.

A faster Epona.

A new version of Link, like Deity Link in MM.

A better stronger, faster, harder, better final boss. <-- haha

and a love scene between Link and Zelda.

Edit: One more thing, as much weapons and magic, like in OoT.
