I've been reading a lot of articles lately about how the phantom console will actually be up and running by November 18th...
Is it true?
Could the Phantom be real more than a Phantom?

Personally I think it's not that great... I mean, I won't be able to play it because I don't have cable/dsl.
Who knows...?
I guess we'll find out after E3.
