Well if your going to be a mage yes it will be easy for you to level up faster than normal. And since you want to be a RDM you will be loved at level 41 because you will have Refresh its a RDM must have spell. You might also want to start looking into getting Dispel(70k) soon its another RDM must have spell. There is one more spell Im sure you would like to have, Phalanx, but Im not sure if you will be able to afford it when you can use it since its about 150-170k. Have fun Being a RDM you wont have it as hard as us Melee to get PTs
