That could be true and still give Cloud the right to win.
If it was possible to rank the value of a character... let's pretend that people SAY that Bonk is a -10 and Cloud is a 10, when in reality Bonk could be a 2 and Cloud a 4. Both excessively over or underrated, but still it goes to Cloud.
