I'd get Jet Set Radio, maybe Crazy Taxi (probably cheap), Virtua Tennis, Shenmue II (british import, if you can find one.

Edit: I just remembered how lucky I was to get the Shenmue II...my EB had two imported and I was the first to reserve one, great game too.
