I don't know... Some of those villains were actually introduced in B:TAS, as in, Batman saw them for the first time (Two Face had two episodes all of his own).

So apparsntely this will be a different continuity than the other cartoons... They've done a fairly good job keeping the various Batman and Superman cartoons in sync with each other (ignoring that horrible horrible Teen Titans cartoon).

Ah well...
