I would definately suggest this guy:

ATI 9600XT 128MB DDR (there's actually no need for the 256, or so say every benchmark I've seen). Free Half Life 2 Coupon Included. All for $169.00.

Take a look. I would personally suggest ATI. ATI Cards render things prettier, although GeForce cards do give you a slight up in FPS. Personal preference, I like better rendering.
